Commercial Rail
The Commercial Rail® features roll formed rails made of steel stainless steel sheet for low cost and corrosion resistance applications. The machines slider body is made of 6061-T6 and anodized for corrosion resistance. Applications for Commercial Rail® include automation, packaging, material handling, environmental, energy, HVAC, medical and office equipment.
- Zinc plated rail length up to 4,070mm
- Steel rollers made of 52100 chrome steel, hardened and ground, lubricated for life and sealed against contamination
- Stainless steel roller made of 304 stainless steel for better corrosion resistance, lubricated for life and sealed against contamination
- Rollers made with thread integrated into inner ring for ease of assembly and adjustment of pre-load.
