Simplicity® linear plane bearings were designed to work in environments where ball bearings units fail. The Simplicity® Bearing’s secret is a special bonded self-lubricating liner called Frelon®. This proprietary material has a low coefficient of friction; which provides smooth and quiet motion and can handle a tremendous amount of physical stress while gliding effortlessly through contamination. There are no moving parts to fall out, seize-up, spall the shafts or catastrophically fail—ensuring a worry-free, trouble-free product life. Linear Actuator Technology, LAT, is a pre-engineered, ready to install self supporting actuator product family that is simple to use and designs into any application PBC linear actuators assure accurate, versatile mounting. Belt, ball screw, or lead drives are available in profiles from 28 mm to 80 mm square. Designed around the needs of customers, PBC Linear actuator products are available with or without drives, and are supported by stepper and servo drives, limit switches, mounting brackets, motor mounts, couplings and gear boxes.
Cam Roller Technology, CRT, features rollers that ride on a V-rail, round shafts, or flat surfaces to provide precision linear guidance. They are available in cylindrical, V, crowned, or package into Redi-Rail® or Steel Rail systems. Cam Roller products handle loads up to 4.6 tons per bearing and travel at speeds up to 10 m/s. Telescopic Guiding Technology, TGT, extends the reach of precision linear motion by offering roller based guides that telescope out. This allows for a compact, linear guided, high load capacity solution. Typical applications include industrial drawer slides, product guidance, and precision guided booms.
Gliding Surface Technology, GST, is based on self-lubricating filled polymer or plastic and Frelon® technology. They are available in snap in configurations, mounted in aluminum or stainless steel shells. Gliding Surface Technology products are tough, smooth and a quiet alternative to ball/roller linear and radial bearings. They also easily interchange with popular sized plane and linear ball bearing products. Round Shaft Technology, RST, is the inner race to Simplicity® bearings. Ceramic Coated aluminum, 300 series stainless, 440 case-hardened stainless and case hardened steel shafts are precision ground to exacting tolerances for optimum performance of Simplicity® Bearings. Round Shaft Technology encompasses the full range of linear plane and ball bearings shaft supports and special machining are available options.
Linear Slide Technology, LST, is pre-engineered and assembled as ready to use slides and stages. They are manufactured from Simplicity® Linear bearing and shafting components mounted to precision aluminum plates. The linear slides are available in driven or un-driven and can be equipped with ball or lead screws Custom hand cranks and breaks are also available for enhanced application customization.
Profile Rail Technology, PRT, is a family of linear motion guides (LM Guides). These re-circulating ball linear bearings are used where rigidity is required and high loads need to be moved with minimal friction. Profile Rail Technology products easily interchange with most major manufacturers and are available with a unique self-lubricating ball cage for super smooth linear motion and low maintance.
